Senior Accountant, Clutch

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation required
• 3+ years of experience in analytical accounting or finance; public accounting experience is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a bias to action
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
• Comfortable working on-site at our Downtown Toronto office (60 Adelaide St. E)

Desirable

• Clutch is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team
• Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be involved in the full accounting cycle, including managing AR and AP operations, supporting bookkeeping, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Beyond traditional accounting tasks, you will help build and improve financial processes, ensure strong controls, and foster a culture of financial accountability across the organization
• Guide and support the bookkeeping team through daily operations, reconciliations, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities
• Coordinate with finance team members to assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting in partnership with Operations and senior management
• Analyze and report on financial and operational metrics
• Build and improve internal financial processes to enhance efficiency and maintain strong control standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during the implementation of a new ERP system
