• We are at an exciting juncture at FlockFinder and in need of a passionate Product Manager to support our growing team and award winning product catalogue. We’re looking for someone who can work closely with the founders to shape everything from market opportunity to design and delivery of a new flagship product
• In this role, you’ll own the delivery of a new platform focussed on helping farmers access funding through the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) programme. SFI provides farmers with £3bn of funding each year to support the transition to more sustainable farming practises. However, farmers find it hard to access, often requiring support from expensive consultants - we’re going to change that!
• Successful delivery of the SFI product will give you the opportunity to make a significant impact on a vital yet struggling industry; your work will directly contribute to improving the lives and businesses of farmers across the UK.
• You'll be at the heart of the business, managing everything from initial product design, development, launch and beyond.
• Shape the vision: craft a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company goals and farmers needs
• Focus on design: Advocate for top-notch user experience and have a solid grasp of core design principles to ensuring our products are intuitive and easy-to-use
• Deliver the product: Create and prioritise the product roadmap, base don user feedback, market trends and market trends. Keep a well-organised backlog that aligns with these goals
• Grow the market: We’re at the cutting edge of agricultural technology, you’ll need to gather feedback, analyse the market and pursue new opportunities to grow this emerging marketplace
