Who you are
- Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects from proposal through post-mortem

What the job involves
- In this role, you will represent DuckDuckGo externally to job seekers, serving as a key point of contact for candidates as they coordinate interview activities
- You’ll partner closely with your teammates in Talent Acquisition and hiring partners across the organization to ensure fair, high-functioning interview processes that result in exceptionally qualified hires
- You'll be in a unique position to identify opportunities to improve hiring at DuckDuckGo, where we recognize that hiring decisions are some of the highest-impact decisions we can make
- You'll partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers as you work to automate processes, reduce bias, and raise the quality of our hires
