Who you are

Proficiency in using event management software or similar feature-rich, complex software
Excellent client service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
Exceptional technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and use software proficiently

Excellent communication skills
Experience in event management preferable but not required

What the job involves

As an Events Management and Support Specialist, you will serve as an integral extension of our client's events team
You will manage the entire event planning and execution process using the Eventogy platform
This includes but is not limited to, building event websites, managing delegate registration and communication, coordinating the development of event apps for enhanced attendee engagement, and providing customised reporting solutions
Understand the client's event objectives and plan the execution process accordingly
Build and manage event websites on the Eventogy platform
Manage attendee registration and communications through our CRM component
Manage event apps for live engagement features such as polls, Q&A sessions, live walls messaging, and push notifications
Generate comprehensive reports using the Eventogy platform, and fine-tune these reports according to the client's specific requirements
Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshooting for the client
Ensure the successful execution of all events
