Who you are
- We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive who thrives on making meaningful connections, driving sales, and helping health and fitness coaches scale their businesses
- A natural talent for sales, with experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or the fitness/sports industry preferred
- A driven mindset and a hunger to achieve great results
- Fluency in English (Extra plus if you are also fluent in Spanish)
- Strong persistence and resilience - you’re not discouraged by setbacks
- Exceptional self-management skills and the ability to structure your day effectively

Our take
Lenus offers health and nutrition professionals an IT platform through which they can furnish their customers with online coaching and customised workout/nutrition plans. The idea is to shoulder some of the administrative burden of running and scaling a health business: whilst individualised client sessions are growing in popularity, they’re a tough model for one coach to handle profitably.
Over recent years the company has opened subsidiary offices in Sweden, Britain, and Germany, and closed Denmark’s largest-ever Series A round - so appetite for Lenus’ services is clearly strong. This could be down, at least in part, to an increasing number of health and lifestyle coaches going independent following the shuttering of businesses over the pandemic. Plus, of course, the sustained interest in at-home services even after gyms re-opened.
Following the addition of an online coaching school supported by its Series A funding in 2021, additional investment in 2023 will help the company focus on product innovation and expanding operations internationally, with a strong emphasis on its largest market, the US.
