Jeremy King
(CEO)Jeremy founded Attest following 9 years at McKinsey & Company. He originally trained as a scientist, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and helps state primary schools with his charity work.
Alyssa joined Attest in 2020 as a Product Manager and after multiple promotions is now leading the function as Product Director.
Graham joined Attest in 2022 as a Sales Development Representative in our New York office and after 11 months was promoted to a Senior Sales Development Representative.
Sam joined attest in 2019 and has progressed from a Client Experience Executive, to Head of Consumer Research to Director of Consumer Research to VP of Customer Success.

At Attest, everyone is free to give their insights and opinions to company directions, nobody is left out and anyone who has a strong interest can really make a real contribution. When mistakes are made, we are incredibly open and transparent about them, not taking the blame-game and instead talk about what we can do better next time. Every week our CEO gives a very informative update on company financial progress to all employees. Autonomous squads are set up with clear OKRs derived from the North Star Metric for the business. We determine the experiments that are most likely to influence these metrics and therefore have the freedom and autonomy to have impact in the best way. Fundamentally Attest is a *very* people first company. It really goes over and above looking after employees. I think this was really demonstrated during the pandemic, no one was furloughed, and everyone was consulted and kept up to date on plans for remote working support including £300 per person for home work set up. We're given generous annual budgets for learning and policies like compassionate leave and parental leave are really thought through and written with individuals in mind.

Their care for diversity and inclusion shows in their hiring process. I'm never the only woman of colour in the room — in fact, in my product team, people of colour are the majority! I've never in my life worked with such a racially diverse team, and it truly feels like a safe space. They have some work to do with leadership, as most tech companies do, but they're nailing the IC hires.

Since the pandemic, Attest has been fully remote and even supporting those who want to move to and work from other countries, within reason. I never feel like I'm expected to be glued to my laptop, and people are very empathetic if life things come up that take priority.

There is a reasonably flat structure which means you can really get involved with projects you’re keen on and even lead on if you are able to demonstrate thinking behind it. However the autonomy and flat structure can mean it’s hard to tell who’s a decision maker vs who is just giving their opinion.
