Our take

ZOE was born from the frustration of its three founders, who were trying to improve their health by changing their diets but found themselves overwhelmed by an endless stream of fad diets and conflicting nutritional advice. Seeking a clear path to better health, they set out to create a solution that could cut through the noise.

Combining cutting-edge machine learning with groundbreaking nutritional research from world-renowned institutions like King's College London, Stanford University, and Harvard University, ZOE offers personalised food and recipe recommendations tailored to each user's unique metabolic responses. This scientific approach aims to empower individuals to make informed choices based on their individual needs, not one-size-fits-all trends.

The result of its efforts is the ZOE personalised nutrition app, which provides powerful tools to help users understand their metabolism and make smarter, more informed decisions about their food. With ZOE, nutrition becomes as unique as the individual, guiding users to a healthier, more personalised approach to eating.
