Role
Who you are
- Our ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution
- You should deeply understand the accountant workflows and ecosystems and enjoy owning initiatives from ideation to execution and scaling
- Curious, passionate, and unstoppable in innovating solutions to customer accounting problems
- Analytical mindset, being a chartered accountant, and a deep understanding of the accounting space
- Experience championing cross-functional teams in 0-1 fintech products
- Experience gathering, treating, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions, behaviours, and product opportunities
- Experience leading self-serve launches and communication
- Exceptional communication (in English) and ability to work well with others in a distributed team

- Utilize or build best-in-class tools to accelerate business growth and long-term customer value, compounding Transparent value
