- Previous Sales experience is a must (1-3 years)
- Proven track record of consistently opening qualified opportunities that lead to revenue
What the job involves
- This is a chance to join techspert’s high performing sales team at an exciting time
- The Sales Rep is responsible for collaborating with the wider sales team, marketing, and other revenue-generating functions to meet "top of funnel" targets
- The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for booking meetings for the head of sales in accordance with targets outlined in their commission plan
- Identify New Business Opportunities with companies who are an ideal profile for our expert network solution
- Effectively communicate the challenges our personas face and Techspert’s value proposition in a well-organised and thoughtful manner
- Generate qualified opportunities each month through a multi-channel approach that includes phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Work closely with our marketing team to nurture and convert leads and provide feedback on campaigns to optimise our lead generation process
- Thoroughly qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, allowing you to uncover their potential pain points and gaps in their current workflow
- Take ownership of your prospecting pipeline and ensure strong CRM hygiene by keeping records up to date

The company will use the proceeds from a $12M raise in 2021 to expanding into new areas of expertise, such as consumer goods, technology, media, and telecommunications.
