Our take

Wildkind is the company behind Camp Wildfire, an adults-only part summer camp, part festival experience that was established in 2015. It also created Camp Kindling, a family edition of the event, as well as a "Winter retreat" version for adults, each of which boasts a long list of daytime activity options, music, and other live entertainment.

The uniqueness of the offering is clear. Summer camps are usually reserved for kids, but Wildfire and Kindling offer the possibility for adults to try new things, with activities ranging from bushcraft and circus to adventure and lake sports.

As well as investing in the growth of the events, Wildkind is investing in the software and technical infrastructure required to make the events world-leading and bring more value to their community. With a vast collection of positive reviews, Wildkind is clearly on to a winning idea. It will be interesting to see what the company does next.
