SkillsTrust is helping small and medium-sized business employers navigate the increasing demands of pay transparency brought on by new EU rules. It offers software and services designed to make it simple and affordable for organisations to build clear job structures, analyse pay data, and stay compliant with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (even if they don't have big HR teams).
