Our take
Legal work is full of time-consuming, repetitive tasks that risk legal teams spending more time digging through data than making decisions. It's a lengthy and expensive process, and for many companies, it's becoming a real problem as legal complexities increase.
New startup Ctrl AI is stepping in to make things easier. It's building smart AI tools specifically for in-house legal teams, not law firms. It's tech focuses on automating the brainy (and boring) parts of legal work, so legal departments can move faster and focus on what really matters.
It's getting some serious backing too, with international law firm Mishcon de Reya investing in the company. As the use of AI grows in legal departments, Ctrl AI is in a prime position to become a key player in transforming how corporate legal teams work.
