• We are seeking a Content Manager to join Amazon’s EU Selling Partner Support team
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing content and executing marketing strategies, while maintaining a high standard for targeting, key messaging, and impact
• You will focus on core KPIs to guide your actions and iterations
• You will also seek opportunities to automate and scale marketing workflows where appropriate, while staying closely connected to the Selling Partner Experience
• By leveraging tools and solutions, you will continuously raise the bar for how Selling Partners receive, perceive, and act on outreach messaging
• Additionally, you will identify and address blockers that hinder Selling Partners’ ability to take action, engaging with program owners to remove friction points and drive greater engagement with call-to-action messaging
• Create formal documentation, processes, and procedures, including A/B testing strategies
• Develop plans for continuous improvement and optimization of communication campaigns
• Analyze and report on performance metrics of site content to inform enhancement strategies
• Consistently raise the bar on communication quality and enhance the seller experience
