Who you are

At least five years’ relevant experience working in influencer management within an agency or brand setting
Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer channels and content formats
Highly organized, detailed oriented and responsive
Strong interest in and knowledge of influencer marketing and the latest trends in the creator space
Ability to communicate in a confident and structured manner to internal stakeholders and clients

What the job involves

Be the day-to-day point of contact on live deal execution for clients and internal stakeholders
Own influencer outreach, shortlisting and content calendar for live deals and to input into high priority pitches
Manage all communication with influencers for live deals (including negotiation on rates, contracting, feedback and quality control of content and collecting relevant insights)
Own the delivery of campaign reporting, including analysis on campaign performance
Put in place best-in-class process and systems to help us scale smoothly
