Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within healthcare, social care, or a start-up environment
- Empathetic and compassionate, with the ability to support caregivers facing challenging circumstances
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organisational abilities, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with CRM or CX systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom) and adaptability to new tools and technologies
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to take on new responsibilities as needs evolve
- Interested in being an early part of our Care Team, where you will develop expertise in care co-ordination, advocacy, and relationship management
- Ideally you will have some familiarity and/or understanding of local authorities, social care, welfare benefits, or working with vulnerable clients
What the job involves
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and other digital channels to address queries, guide users on the KareHero portal and address any care-related queries
- Support customer growth by encouraging a proactive approach to outbound initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and key performance metrics to identify pain points and areas to enhance service delivery
- Conduct personalised, needs-based conversations to onboard new users and provide ongoing support
- Coordinate resources, including care searches, navigating local authority services, and advising on funding and later-life benefits
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of care-related content for our app and Kare Academy
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and regulations to update resources that reflect industry developments
- Collaborate with the wider team to provide feedback and help shape service delivery and product improvements
- Drive measurable success in user engagement and satisfaction while achieving positive outcomes for caregivers and their families
Application process
- Screening call with Richa, our Talent & People Lead, to understand your motivation to join KareHero and tell you about us (30 mins)
- Interview with Ling Chan (Ops Excellence Lead), the Hiring Manager to assess job-related skills (30mins)
- Take-home task to get an understanding of your skills - we do not expect you to spend any more than an hour on the task
- Final interview with Ling and another member from the senior leadership to to discuss your completed exercise (45 mins)
