Operations Director, HSPG

Desirable

• Your mission is to streamline everything related to people, processes, and systems—enabling HSPG to scale with consistency, quality, and speed. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the right people are in the right roles, doing the right work—efficiently and effectively. Everything you do should reflect and reinforce our core behaviours
• You are a Process Expert and a People Leader. You’ll equip every team member with the tools, systems, and clarity they need to excel in their role and maximise their value to the business. You keep each Platform’s vision, mission, and objectives at the centre of your decision-making. You’re a strong project manager with a background in people operations. Experience in real estate is a bonus
• You will oversee the following areas:
• Operational Processes: Design and maintain operational structures for each platform. Remove friction, move flywheels forward, and support scale without bureaucracy
• People: Lead the entire employee lifecycle—attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, exit and alumni. Upgrade what’s not working
• Systems: Own CRM, IT, and tools across the business. Streamline subscriptions and lead our AI strategy to make HSPG more scalable and future-ready
• Culture: Champion our culture every day. Embed our behaviours into how we operate and how people feel at work—no lip service here
• PR: Be the internal lead for PR—working with our external agency and platform leads to shape and deliver strong external comms
• Internal Communication: Own how we communicate across the business—from newsletters and intranet to internal playbooks and protocols
• Marketing: Develop and deliver the marketing strategy across social channels, websites, and internal brand alignment
• Events: Oversee all internal and external events—ensuring they’re aligned, well-run, and within budget
