Account Executive, Qured

• We’re looking for an ambitious account executive who wants to be involved in the end-to-end sales process and has a proven track record of high performance across the entire sales function
• You have experience selling complex, 5 or even 6 figure deals to an educated end customer and have the intellectual curiosity to quickly get up to speed on new industries and the nuances of their challenges
• You are comfortable owning the whole sales process and have previously generated pipeline before via effective outbounding
• You’ve thrived in a fast-moving startup environment before, are adept at prioritising shifting workloads and responsibilities and are very comfortable with uncertainty
• You are self-motivated, maybe even think of yourself as competitive, and always seeking ways to learn and give yourself an edge
• Finally we want someone who is passionate about good health and improving people’s lives

Desirable

• Management of the full sales cycle from prospect identification through to stakeholder management, pitching, negotiation and closing
• To start, this role will include creative and entrepreneurial lead generation across a range of industries, helping to build a successful lead generation engine before hiring someone to hand it over to
• Until then you will be the only full-time sales team member, reporting directly into and working side by side with the CEO. There is unlimited headroom and the path to grow into a Head of Sales - we are looking for someone who wants to take a leap into a fast-growth early-stage startup and progress quickly.
• We are a small, experienced team and as our eyes into the market, you’ll stay close to it and our competitors, feeding back intel into our tech & product teams
• This is consultative sell, and you’ll be working with clients to understand their needs and position Qured as the solution to their complex health and workforce productivity challenges
• You will need to be analytical and commercial, helping to craft impactful pilot and launch programmes, and then work closely with the account management team to ensure excellent implementation and contracts achieve maximum potential

• Intro video call with the COO / Co-Founder (20-30 mins)
• Interview with the CEO & COO including a mini take-home case study (1hr)
• Final round with the CEO
