It's so refreshing to work in a company where you have autonomy to manage your workload, prioritise your tasks and projects as well as suggest new ideas.

It is important for me to work in a company with an inspiring mission. Helping people to live longer healthier lives through preventative healthcare is particularly inspiring to me.

Despite the fact that the company is growing and changing at a fast pace, the workload is manageable and expectations are realistic. I am always able to achieve a good work life balance.

It's amazing to work alongside such likeminded people who work hard day in day out to make sure the company is a success. Qured really does embody the phrase "there's no 'I' in team" and no one is afraid to get their hands dirty in an all hands on deck scenario.

Qured's mission is to enable people to live longer, richer lives and for me it doesn't get more meaningful than that. Post Covid, people are really taking an interest in their own health so a product offering that focuses on prevention rather than cure is just what the population needs and it's genuinely fulfilling to be a part of that journey.

Company culture is so important to most people and it's not surprising when we spend such a large portion of our time at work. From the day I joined Qured, I've been made to feel welcome and people are always more than happy to help if you need anything. We have frequent company socials outside of working hours which I think is a testament to how well everyone gets along.

Qured harvests staff strengths from within, and allows staff of all levels to affect change within both out working environment and our product offering. This not only ensures that we are pushed to work to our full potential, but also means that we have challenging workloads that play on our strengths whilst broadening our knowledge base.

All of the team at Qured would attest to the rapid growth of both our products and out team, something that our executive team both recognise and celebrate. Not only does this lead to great opportunities to develop and grow, but also means that our already vastly diverse workforce grows.

The products created and nurtured at Qured, are a careful balance of market analysis, and workforce influence and experience. We are creating and marketing innovate and creative ways in which to fill a void in the health-tech space, something which every member of Qured is proud of, and strives to develop and improve in everything that we do.
