Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the Payor and Provider industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Desirable
- Experience in the healthcare technology industry
- Background in working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with enterprise-level products
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital advertising
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and market growth
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales Ops, and Customer Success, to ensure our products meet customer needs and exceed market expectations
- Product Positioning: Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing initiatives
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts that communicate product benefits and value propositions
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials that enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and marketing
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, insights, and testimonials that inform marketing strategies and enhance product offerings
Our take
A number of things have kept the pace of digital transformation for healthcare moving slowly - including privacy concerns, insufficiently skilled staff, and low funding - but a major problem is the difficulty in integrating digital solutions into old-fashioned systems. Redox serves as a crucial link between legacy healthcare systems and digital health services, by enabling these services to access and interpret patients' electronic health records.
Redox's platform offers an intermediary for point-to-point connection, connecting products, providers, and payers. With access to data and services throughout the healthcare ecosystem, companies are able to build easier and create better digital healthcare products faster, helping to transform the legacy landscape of medicine.
Redox has worked with hundreds of app developers, connecting them to a vast number of electronic health records from a range of providers. It has partnered with several other companies, including Smile Digital Health, towards making it easier for legacy data to be transformed for use in digital health services, and has begun international expansion with movement into Canada.
