Our take
MixMax is a platform looking to innovate for sales closers by freeing the workforce up from email-based busywork. Customer-facing work like sales typically requires multiple apps and platforms, task managers, and inefficient integrations. MixMax offers a streamlined service to help convene tasks like email tracking, scheduling, customer engagement, and lead-chasing on a single platform.
Email inefficiency is a key point of frustration for many employees - and a real timewaster. This has, however, attracted competition from startups and larger established organizations like Outreach and Streak.
With a founding team including members with experience in product-building at companies like Apple, Google, and Skype, and a 2023 integration with Salesforce, as well as new integrations with HubSpot, MixMax is well-armed to take on larger-scale competitors.
