What the job involves
- As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts.
- Your mission: to uncover new opportunities, qualify leads, and set the stage for successful partnerships
- You’ll play a critical role in driving our outbound sales motion, engaging potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, while also nurturing marketing-qualified leads
- If you thrive on making connections, have a natural gift for persuasion, and love the idea of turning “no” into “let’s talk,” we want you on our team!
- Outbound Sales Outreach (60-70%):
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce [Your Company Name] and spark interest
- Research target accounts to craft personalized, value-driven messaging
- Strategically engage decision-makers and influencers in the marketing and advertising space
- Lead Qualification (30-40%):
- Connect with and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to determine fit and readiness
- Identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for alignment with our services
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads
