What the job involves
- Join Our Team as Product Lead ! You will play will play a pivotal role in driving GiveTreeās mission of leveraging technology for social good.
- This role focuses on defining and delivering a compelling product vision, guiding an experienced team of Product Managers and Designers, and ensuring the successful development and growth of our products, GiveMatch and Evergive, spanning pre-MVP through to launch and beyond
- By collaborating closely with senior leadership and engineering, the Product Lead will ensure our products create meaningful impact while meeting the needs of our users and stakeholders and ensure alignment with our growth strategy
- Reporting to: CSO and dotted line to CEO/Founder
- Define and drive a long-term product roadmap that aligns with GiveTreeās mission
- Spot opportunities for innovation and growth in the Tech for Good, SaaS, and Marketplace spaces
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning the MVP to launching and iterating - taking products from both '0 - 1 ' and '1-10'
- Stay hands-on with the day-to-day, from scoping opportunities and writing epics/tickets to managing sprints and keeping things moving smoothly
- Lead and support a small but mighty team (including a seasoned Product Manager and two Senior Product Designers)
- Work closely with senior leadership to make sure product goals align with the bigger picture
- Partner with our Engineering team (currently a fab team of four) to deliver high-quality, scalable products
- Be the champion of the customer voice, using their feedback and research to guide development
- Measure how our products perform against goals, making sure weāre delivering real value for our users and stakeholders

EverGive, is a giving platform that harnesses the power of crypto to enhance the effects of charitable donations. Its flagship product allows people to donate through the platform, which is invested in Bitcoin, and the profits are paid out to charities in perpetuity.
In addition to allowing individuals to supercharge their donations, this approach also appeals to charities and organizations looking to donate to them.
