Role
Who you are
- You have completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., IT, computer science, engineering)
- You possess experience with various IT support tasks, such as managing hardware, software installations, troubleshooting, and overseeing access management processes
- You are proficient in using device management tools such as Jamf or equivalent platforms
- You have a very high command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in professional environments
- You are based in Berlin or the surrounding area and have the flexibility to come to the office when required
- Experience or exposure in audit processes such as ISO or C5 certifications is a plus
What the job involves
- Hardware Management: Handle the setup, maintenance, and management of all company devices
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and manage the ordering of new computers and IT equipment
- Employee Support: Resolve technical problems for employees
- Software Access: Make sure employees have the right access to software and systems
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Get hardware ready and set up system access for new employees, and handle the process when employees leave
Our take
Discharging and transferring patients from hospitals to other care facilities is a lengthy process, weighed down by a heap of administrative tasks and paperwork. This is bad for both patients and hospitals, which is why Recare has stepped up to help improve the process.
The company supplies a digital discharge management platform to automate some of the administration associated with patient transfers. In a nutshell, it enables hospital workers to find the right aftercare facilities for their patients by simply entering their needs, and subsequently request a transfer online.
This approach benefits patients by supplying the care they need, hospitals by reducing stay time, and aftercare facilities by enabling them to optimize the use of their capacity. Its a promising concept, and has earned Recare a good amount of funding which it will use to expand its marketplace and bring faster aftercare to more patients.
