What the job involves
- * Lead and scale outbound sales organization by adding/maintaining strong performance management and hiring/training capable SDRs/AEs, while achieving bookings goals and improving performance per rep
- * Create playbooks for each sales motion and customer segment below that can scale efficiently and effectively
