Since I joined, I’ve always been pushed to learn and grow – both in my role and personally. I’ve had the chance to dive into different areas of the business, work with a variety of clients, and was encouraged to keep learning along the way. When I wanted to level up my negotiation skills, I took a masterclass, and straight after I got to put it into practice – negotiating things like better deals for our conference stand and office space. I had the freedom to take the lead but also got plenty of support and guidance when I needed it. It’s been a great mix of hands-on experience and learning by doing.
