Since I joined, I’ve always been pushed to learn and grow – both in my role and personally. I’ve had the chance to dive into different areas of the business, work with a variety of clients, and was encouraged to keep learning along the way. When I wanted to level up my negotiation skills, I took a masterclass, and straight after I got to put it into practice – negotiating things like better deals for our conference stand and office space. I had the freedom to take the lead but also got plenty of support and guidance when I needed it. It’s been a great mix of hands-on experience and learning by doing.

We’re a small, tight-knit team, and we know the importance of growing and adapting quickly. Everyone’s serious about their work, but just as invested in seeing each other win. We push each other, celebrate the wins, and keep raising the bar together. The goal is to be the best we can, not just individually but as a team!
