Our take
Within the wellness sectors it’s imperative to have an efficient operations system for the smooth running of bookings, direct debit membership payments, accounting and more to keep clients happy. Daxko is an operations and financial management solution specifically designed for the health and wellness sector.
The company has created a library of 12 services ranging from mobile apps to Daxko accounting, opening itself up to a wider range of customers. A recent win for the company was acquiring VFPnext, a software company with over 1,000 customers in the health and wellness space, specialising in built-in automated marketing and sales.
Daxko has also partnered with the likes of Welld Health and Gympass over the years and have landed themselves in an impressive 19,000 facilities. Despite operating in a space with competitors such as Mindbody and Momence, Daxco has proved its position having been announced as a finalist for customer service department of the year 2023, boding well for the well-established company and declaring yet another step up as it scales and grows.
