Managing the upskilling processes, engagement levels, and performance insights of employees is essential to successfully scale a workforce, with various platforms existing to tackle each individual problem. Whilst the company certainly faces competition from other workplace analytic and L&D software platforms, Totara Learning has smartly recognized the intertwined nature of education, engagement, and productivity. By unifying each of these elements into a end-to-end L&D suite, the company shows great potential to disrupt the market through a convenient, all-in-one and symbiotic workforce management suite. To date, Totara has reached around 20 million customers across 140 countries and announced a substantial investment from growth equity company Tenzing in October 2023.
