To build London’s next-generation, business fibre network.

To build London’s next-generation, business fibre network.
For the modern business, good fibre connection is as important as having electricity or office lighting - and that need is only growing. Enterprises need to have increased network capacity to both support the increasing complexity of digitally transformed business infrastructure, and accommodate the growing volume of digital engagement from clients and customers. Vorboss is a UK fibre network company hoping to provide precisely this.
Vorboss’ focus is on enterprise clients, which means the current roll-out of its network in London is a smart move. It’s the digital enterprise hub of the UK, so there’s a substantial market to capture. The only issue is, Vorboss will have to wrestle it from the hands of two major incumbents: Openreach, and Virgin Media’s own cable network.
Vorboss’ focus on enterprise is an exclusive one, however, so unlike these two major competitors it’s possible this new network can cling more closely to enterprise requirements. With its deployment still in progress, Vorboss’ success will remain to be seen - but with the UK in the midst of a fibre transition, it's the right time to be challenging the incumbents.

I've been part of the Vorboss family for just over three years now and I can honestly say that I've loved every minute of it. Vorboss provides us with a Learning Allowance which is 5% of your salary, to use towards learning and bettering yourself. I used this to learn how to swim and learn how to code.

My previous experience of communication and access to management at my previous jobs left me very apprehensive and sceptical, but since joining Vorboss my perception has completely changed and a new standard has been set. Every step of my transition to becoming a software engineering; from joining as Mobile Field Support, then becoming a Senior Mobile Field Support, has been met with encouragement, support and guidance form various levels of management withing the company. I used my 5% Learning Allowance to learn how to code and was given guidance and support as to which direction and courses would be most beneficial.
