To empower creativity and connection in a digital world.
Pocket Worlds was founded in 2013 with the vision of creating an app that would bring people together. As the parent company of Highrise and Everkskies, Pocket Worlds designs and builds metaverse communities.
Its first product, Highrise, offers a virtual world where people make avatars and create deep relationships, and has now amassed over 10 million users. In 2021, it acquired Everskies, the leading pixel doll community, which serves to bring like-minded people together. The company is growing rapidly, seeing 6x growth in its 2020-2021 year, as people became hungrier for meaningful connections during the pandemic.
Regarding Highrise, there are plans to introduce its native currency, the Highrise World Token, as well as the Highrise Marketplace and Highrise Assets, enabling users to make their own NFTs that can be traded between avatars.
