- You've worked in Creative Agencies and have an understanding of how they plan, price and manage projects
What the job involves
- Help customers uncover their needs and apply Streamtime to solve real challenges. Use your product knowledge to guide them through workflows, offer practical advice, and show them what’s possible.
- Welcome new customers with a structured, thoughtful onboarding process. Adapt your approach to fit their workflows, make complex things feel simple, and help them feel supported and confident.
- Spot early signs of customer disengagement and re-engage them through genuine, consultative conversations. Your empathy and problem-solving will help customers reconnect with the value of Streamtime.
- Work with the Customer Success Education team to create content, run sessions, and build tools that make it easier for customers to learn at their own pace and in their own way.
- Work closely with our Growth, Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights, improve the experience, and contribute to broader company initiatives

Streamtime offers an impressive creative studio management suite. Its software allows companies to integrate project management, traffic, time-tracking, quoting, invoicing and plenty more workflow touchpoints on one platform.
The company has been growing and innovating at a steady rate since first launching in 2002 under the stewardship of founder and former CEO Aaron Green. Since a product reinvention in 2016, and the hiring of well-known creative and serial entrepreneur Andy Wright as Managing Director, the company has been on an upward trajectory.
The creative project management software niche is well populated, with stiff competition from the likes of ClickUp and Hive. However, after winning a Webby Award in 2020, Streamtime is focusing on bringing its business performance in line with its stellar user reputation – something that it’s certainly got the potential for.
