Our take

Streamtime offers an impressive creative studio management suite. Its software allows companies to integrate project management, traffic, time-tracking, quoting, invoicing and plenty more workflow touchpoints on one platform.

The company has been growing and innovating at a steady rate since first launching in 2002 under the stewardship of founder and former CEO Aaron Green. Since a product reinvention in 2016, and the hiring of well-known creative and serial entrepreneur Andy Wright as Managing Director, the company has been on an upward trajectory.

The creative project management software niche is well populated, with stiff competition from the likes of ClickUp and Hive. However, after winning a Webby Award in 2020, Streamtime is focusing on bringing its business performance in line with its stellar user reputation – something that it’s certainly got the potential for.

Company values

  • Life first - Buying a house, having a baby, getting to the Post Office, seeing a doctor, just not feeling the best? Work comes second to all of these.
  • Your way, or the highway - While there are definitely some standard processes and procedures that we need everyone to follow (for business / efficiency reasons) we try and encourage as much autonomy as possible.
  • Actively engage with customers to design the future - In any given month, we have a clear focus for research. This is both observational and proactive enquiry. Its not one person’s job, it’s everyone’s job.
  • Evidence wins - Coming from the creative industry, it’s often difficult to resist that creative whim when it comes to decision making. Not that gut and intuition don’t play a major role in driving Streamtime forward, but they’re always supported by sound evidence.
  • Reward great performance when it happens - We’re constantly looking at how self-aware we are of matching expectations and job satisfaction of the team.
  • Celebrate and socialise frequently - Streamtime isn’t party time. But it is important that we recognise our wins.
