MyTraffic’s big data platform is used by hundreds of retailers, including Homebase, H&M, The Body Shop, Lidl, and Hugo Boss to better understand both footfall and vehicle traffic, in a bid to optimise the location selection process when opening stores.
There’s been a lot of movement in the location analytics industry in the last few years, with the market worth almost $20 billion and growing by around 15% annually. At a time when brick and mortar stores are losing significant business to eCommerce, choosing the right location is paramount, and big data is now able to play a key role here.
MyTraffic’s revenue has been growing at an accelerated rate since 2019 and the company has expanded from France into Germany, Spain, and the UK. Now equipped with tens of millions in VC funding, it’s gearing up for yet another aggressive growth drive across Europe.
