It’s a busy market, with competitors like CipherHealth offering similar patient engagement services, but Upfront has solid sustained growth since its conception in 2015 and boasts a client list of more than 4,000 healthcare providers across the US. 2022 funding and the acquisition of PatientBond have been focused on preparing further integrations, user experiences, and patient personalization. These aims were further bolstered by 2023 debt financing
