• 1-3 years of experience managing a team and helping them grow

• As our Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that our processes are aligned with our goals
• In this role, you will be part of our Non-profit Team, which reviews organisations to ensure that applicants are eligible for our partners' programs
• You’ll manage capacity plans, work closely with vendor partners, and lead a growing team
• In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Charities
• Team leadership: Provide feedback and support to both vendor agents and internal employees, helping to build their skills and career paths
• Oversee daily operations: Lead daily operational workflows, monitor key metrics, and resolve issues as they arise
• Manage capacity plans: Ensure our operations can meet demand by working with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan
• Vendor management: Collaborate with our vendor partners to ensure that they deliver on time and to the expected quality standards
• Process improvement: Regularly review execution against plan and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Training & development: Plan and organise training sessions to ensure all operational flows are covered and the team is set up for success
