Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for gaming with a solid understanding of Genshin Impact and the gaming community
  • Strong logical thinking and effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of brand partnerships and influencer collaborations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and online marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making

Desirable

  • Cross-cultural internship experience with a good understanding of different company systems
  • Mandarin is a plus

What the job involves

  • Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s overall strategy and annual plan to enhance brand awareness and engagement in North America
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including development, social media, PR, and business development) to launch both online and offline promotional campaigns
  • Contribute to content creation for various marketing channels, including influencer collaborations, social media, digital advertisements, and partnerships
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies
  • Manage relationships with key industry partners and influencers to extend the brand's reach
  • Stay up-to-date on gaming and entertainment industry trends to ensure Genshin Impact remains competitive and relevant
