Our take
HoYoverse is the game studio behind such titles as "Genshin Impact" and "Honkai: Star Rail". It has found plenty of success so far by delivering what it calls "immersive virtual world experiences".
Besides its game products, the company has also launched a desktop software called "N0va Desktop", and a community forum known as "HoYoLAB". Through these, its players can further immerse themselves in the brand, fostering loyalty and repeat purchases.
With a staggering number of downloads, HoYoverse's titles are undeniably popular. The company's future looks promising. Its much-anticipated "Zenless Zone Zero" was released in July 2024 and has since amassed over US$306 million in revenue across both mobile and console platforms.
