High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting, ideally in sales or a customer-facing role

What the job involves

Enable is seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Development Representative to help us achieve our pipeline goals and expand our presence in the North American market
This role will have a focus on generating pipeline in either Enterprise or Strategic business segments through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and articulating the value proposition of the Enable platform
BDRs at Enable partner with Account Executives (AEs) and prospect into an assigned territory to set meetings, resulting in quality leads and millions of dollars in new business pipeline each year
Success in a BDR role leads to promotion opportunities within Business Development, Management, Full-Cycle Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and more
Partner with Account Executives to source new pipeline opportunities leading to closed revenue
Advocate for business initiatives and qualify customer needs
Build credibility with stakeholders and address objections
Adapt within a growing sales organization and manage a high volume of accounts strategically
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to achieve goals
Set and conduct meetings with prospects, track buying signals, and represent Enable at events
Maintain pipeline quality and documentation in Salesforce

Our take

Rebates – payments from seller to buyer after the buyer has purchased specified goods – are an essential part of operations in a range of industries, acting as both an incentive to drive sales as well as a way to foster loyalty between trading partners. However, the archaic systems and timely practices surrounding the management of these rebates has the potential to negate the intended benefits. Enable delivers a rebate management platform that drives trusted relationships between B2B trading partners, by simplifying processes and minimising disputes.

Enable was founded in 2016 in response to the supply chain problems caused by the lack of trust, lost agreements, and siloed data surrounding rebates. Its platform automates processes to increase efficiency, allows rebate claims to be made in a timelier manner, manages pricing calculations and, importantly, reduces disputes by keeping accurate audit trails. The company stands out by a focus not only on simplifying rebate processes, but going further to convert rebates into an “engine for growth”.

Enable has raised considerable funding and support, and served many customers, demonstrating the utility of its product. Investment is cited to go towards increasing headcount and accelerating its growth into new global markets.
