Who you are
- If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup, love collaborating across teams, and have a passion for consultative selling, this role is for you
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B or research/insights
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Success on our sales team hinges on a propensity for action and productive collaboration with the full sales and marketing teams
- The Mid-market Account Executives are responsible for building mid-market level customer relationships all across the US market
- As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our rapid expansion, helping brands uncover consumer insights in real time
- Your ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals efficiently will be key to your success
- Own the full sales cycle—prospect, demo, negotiate, and close new business
- Build and maintain relationships with mid-market brands, becoming their go-to expert on consumer research
- Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding quota on a quarterly and annual basis
- Lead engaging sales presentations and platform demos with confidence
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer enablement, and product to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers
- Navigate complex sales processes with a solution-oriented mindset

With its testing platform originally coming to the fore when in-person testing was taken off the table by the pandemic, Highlight has subsequently benefited from the general trend towards convenience, and has grown immensely since founding in 2021. Already serving over 100 partners, Highlight is now focused on hiring even more talent as it moves to accelerate growth.
