- We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated and fluent German-speaking Phone Sales Representative to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division
- This role requires excellent communication skills in German, a keen understanding of small business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Native German speaker and fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German are essential
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in phone sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, quick learning, and a proactive attitude
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and address the unique needs of small businesses
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and dynamic work culture
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various communication and CRM tools
What the job involves
- As a German-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small business owners
- Inbound Sales Calls: Initiate inbound calls to small business owners in Germany to keep the business account opening on track
- Client Consultation: Understand the unique banking requirements of potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our banking products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for additional services

Leading the charge in Europe is German startup Vivid Money. Its platform allows users to send, receive, spend, invest and save money in different ways. Framed as a competitor to Revolut, Vivid is hoping to disrupt the market of existing online financial services from the big banks all the way to retail trader platforms.
