Who you are
- Are you driven by giving an excellent customer service experience and pride yourself on exceeding Customer expectations

- A strong internet connection, you’ll need this as you will have multiple systems open at the same time (minimum of 25mbps download and 4mbps upload)
- A dedicated, quiet workspace with a workstation, plenty of natural light, access to fresh air, and no distractions. This cannot be a communal space shared by other household members
- A smartphone with a minimum: Android phones 9 and later versions Apple phones. Requires iOS 14.0 or later
- Available to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, you will need to be fully flexible to work shifts between 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri (including Saturdays and Bank Holidays)
- You're currently residing in the UK with eligibility to live and work in the UK too
