Our take
PerchPeek is helping the world decide where to live, providing a personal service for movers but without the hefty price tag. It is based on the belief that finding the right home in the right city - let alone country - is already hard enough.
As well as being an affordable service, PerchPeek’s USP is that it tries to understand its users. Using its relocation experts, it is able to come up with bespoke options. This is particularly appealing in a world that is trending towards more personalisation.
Initially described as "the Tinder of rental property", PerchPeek has since developed into a completely unique, global relocation service. Investors have seen the potential, and the company has raised good funding to support continued international expansion.

- PerchPeek also has a social model, believing that everyone deserves a roof over their head, and donates to Centrepoint Charity every time someone finds a home on PerchPeek. It has currently provided over 1300 nights for homeless people.
