What the job involves

Lead sourcing and recruiting processes for new roles with the support of our proprietary technology and other resources. (No more spending days on end scouring Linkedin!)
Lead candidate outreach, introductions, and screening interviews using the WhoCo platform, data resources, and WhoCo branded work style assessments to make great matches between your candidates and our clients
Build candidate relationships that go deeper than filling the next role. As a WhoCo recruiter, you will be positioned to offer your candidates long-term career advice, career-pathing, and skills assessments
Engage and support top candidates in making life-changing career decisions, leveraging WhoCo designed assessments, role dossiers and market data reporting
Build lasting relationships with clients by taking part in the end-to-end hiring process (from role design to offer negotiation) using WhoCo tools and methodologies
Collaborate with hiring managers to define new roles accurately and build a hiring plan and timeline. The recruiting partner will use science-backed tools, market insights, and deep data resources to help clients understand the actual hiring landscape and establish expectations
Access our proprietary science-backed data to give clients rich insights and notes on candidate profiles
Develop customized interview plans for your client's interview team using the WhoCo platform, creating a better interview experience for both the client and your candidate
Have the unique opportunity to participate in interview debriefs and guide your client's hiring team to assess candidates fairly
Be the voice of your client and guide the evolution of WhoCo products

Our take

Hiring the right talent is reported as a top concern among CEOs. The process can also cost upwards of $4,000 and is frequently the largest spend in HR budgets. WhoCo help organizations make smart, tailored, data-driven hiring decisions.

WhoCo’s product offers a raft of features including interview prompts, interview coordination, data gathering and insights, and on-call expert counsel. It also claims to help reduce bias, a hot topic as the focus on DEI increases.

Their founding team is promising, with experience building teams at Google, Amazon, AOL, and Verizon, as well as experience taking MySpace, Gravity, and Patch from the startup stages to major acquisitions. It will be interesting to see if they can do the same with WhoCo.
