Role
Who you are
- ProblemShared is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join engineering team
- We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one
- We are looking for someone with minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in manual testing and automation testing
- The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes and automation testing experience
- 5+ years of commercial manual testing experience
- 2+ years of experience with Automation testing using Playwright, Java
- Experience of writing, maintaining and executing test cases
- Experience in writing and maintaining BDD Style Automation framework with Playwright and Java
- Experience in test management tools ex; TestRail
- Strong QA principles and mindset
- Ability to work autonomously but escalate when needed
- Willing to make process improvement suggestions
Desirable
- Experience in API testing using Playwright
- Experience in performance testing tools ex: Jmeter, Gatling
- Healthcare product experience
What the job involves
- Reports to: Chief Tech Officer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Implement and execute functional, integration, regression, and acceptance tests
- Create and maintain test cases, test data and test execution reports
- Create and maintain automation tests for the regression test suite
- Contribute to solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
- Be involved in all Agile ceremonies
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
