ProblemShared have always been transparent in acknowledging and reflecting their values and this is clear in the messages and actions they set out to the clinicians. Clinician's are celebrated on a daily basis via a genuine means and this is reflected in the autonomy and trust given to us as clinicians.

The NHS backlog for ND assessments is well known and it means the work that ProblemShared do is extremely important, but also equally as challenging. Optimising our service delivery to help drive the best end-end client experience is extremely motivating, especially when you see the impact it has on an individual basis.
