Our take
Originally founded as a male weight-loss company called Fella, AIOS discovered that clinical workflows in Europe and the US were expensive and cumbersome. To tackle the problem, the company evolved its online pharmacy experience into an infrastructure product for consumer healthcare.
Its ClinicOS product is designed to simplify prescription data processing, analyzing patient information to create detailed and structured prescription decision pathways. Ultimately, this means that prescriptions ordered through digital healthcare can be processed at much faster rates. Moreover, AIOS has developed several customer-facing brands and digital clinics that run on this infrastructure, most notably Fella Health and UK digital pharmacy Bolt Pharmacy.
Covering the backend and the customer-facing side of healthcare means that AIOS has smartly built its own telehealth ecosystem. It plans to expand across Europe and reach $10 billion in ARR by the end of 2028. That’s no mean feat, but AIOS definitely has the product and the funding to back its lofty aims.
