What the job involves

Full 360 Sales Cycle - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing the deal.
Lead Generation - Generate new leads using various different methods
Prospecting - Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential business opportunities that align with the company’s product.
Cold Calling - Actively engage in cold calling to initiate conversations with potential clients, introducing them to Serac Tech's product.
Sales Pipeline Management - Effectively manage and track your sales pipeline to maximise opportunities and maintain organised records of interactions and follow-ups
Sales Demos - Drive qualified leads to book sales demos, effectively demonstrating the value and features of Serac Tech’s product.
Closing Deals - Work towards closing sales, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Application process

1. Apply via the Otta platform
2. Video call with the talent team or a member of the sales team (15 minutes)
3) Video call with our Sales Director (15-20 minutes)
4) On site interview with a presentation and a cold call role play. This will be with our Sales Director and BDR Lead (45 minutes)

Serac Technologies presents a platform to automate both initial outreach letters and follow-ups, as well as a search engine for businesses to find planning applications that match their criteria so they can better and more quickly target marketing from the start.
