Our take

In the property and construction industry, outreach letters form a vital part of marketing strategy, but formatting them can be a tedious process. Classically, businesses must manually search for relevant planning applications and construct their marketing letters one by one from basic templates.

Serac Technologies presents a platform to automate both initial outreach letters and follow-ups, as well as a search engine for businesses to find planning applications that match their criteria so they can better and more quickly target marketing from the start.

Since its founding in 2019, Serac Technologies has grown to serve many clients across different trades, from Selco Builders Warehouse to Howdens Joinery and Swan Windows. Boasting a number of positive reviews, its platform has certainly been well-received by the industry, and it will be interesting to see what moves it makes next.
