In terms of engineering, both the backend and frontend are state of the art. At the time of writing we are using VueJS (and practically all the cool stuff that comes with it) & a micro-service based GoLang backend for server side logic. The product in itself has already proven to be disruptive in the risk assurance industry and there is no notable product that competes out there.

Many challenges in Risk Ledger required me to go out of my comfort zone and learn new technologies and practices. We are also gifted books to improve our skills.

People at RL are kin, considerate and funny. The company shows an interest in the employees' social wellbeing.

If it weren't for Riskledger's excellent leadership, the company couldn't have hit its goals. The CEO's vision has been proven revolutionary time and time again by our clients. And our CTO has made sure our product always exceeds expectations.

You won't find a more supportive management. Whether it is work or personal related, big or small, my manager has been so good. I even had the CEO whatsapping every day while I had Covid-19 to check how I was and see if there was anything else he could do for me.

When I joined the company, I didn't fully understand the value of the product we were developing but after sitting in a few meetings with prospects (when face to face meetings were a thing ); ), it became clear how innovative our solution was for the teams we are targeting. There is something very special about knowing the thing you are working for actually does exactly what we say it does and really transforms the way people do their job. That makes everything easier.
