- The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and always happy to lend a hand where needed. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively across teams. What the job involves
- Office Management (40%):
- Ensure the office is set up and maintained daily, creating a welcoming, safe and functional environment for all employees and visitors
- Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies and st,ationery
- Oversee guest management, including greeting and assisting external visitors
- Collaborate with the building manager to coordinate security passes, arrange repairs, and manage building-related communications
- Assist the Finance team bank reconciliations
- Support the Executive Assistant and external IT team with IT admin and ticket management
- Marketing & Communications (40%):
- Support the marketing team in templated site launches, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, media and external partners
- Assist with the online listing of new charging locations to enhance visibility across relevant platforms
- Lead contact for research projects, such as identifying key press contacts and media outlets in regions where our sites are located, to strengthen local PR efforts
- Manage the marketing inbox, responding to internal and external questions or requests that arise
- Assist with internal communications by setting up Google Alerts and subscribing to industry media, keeping the team informed of the latest trends and news relevant to our work
- HR (20%):
- Assist the HR Manager to support recruitment efforts, IT Equipment and employee surveys to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Help to the deliver employee initiatives, such as well-being events, diversity and inclusion projects, lunch-and-learns, and maintaining employee noticeboards
