What the job involves
- As Executive Assistant to two C-level executives operating in a high-growth environment, your role will be fast paced and every day will bring variety
- You’ll organise and supervise all of their activities with a confident style and manner, and know how to prioritise effectively
- As a member of WorldRemit’s Business Support team you will aim high, embrace challenge and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s technical direction and long term decision making
- Be responsible for 2 C-level executives’ schedules including internal and external meetings, video conferences, interviews and international travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence and emails
- Operate proactively and plan ahead in order to make sure the execs have everything they need in order to be effective and make the best use of their time
- Manage relationships internally and externally
- Task coordination & monitoring and project management as required
- Monthly and ad-hoc report collation
- Keeping all documents, files and electronic information in good order
- Collaborate as part of the internal support team, including holiday cover for other executives and supporting centralised company initiatives
